জনতা ব্যাংক লিমিটেড বাংলাদেশের একটি রাষ্ট্র মালিকানাধীন বাণিজ্যিক ব্যাংক। এটি বাংলাদেশের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম বাণিজ্যিক ব্যাংক। ব্যাংকটির অনুমোদিত মূলধন ৩০,০০০ মিলিয়ন টাকা এবং পরিশোধিত মূলধন ২৩,১৪০ মিলিয়ন টাকা এই ব্যাংকটি স্বাধীনতার আগে ইউনাইটেড ব্যাংক লিমিটেড ও ইউনিয়ন ব্যাংক লিমিটেড নিয়ে গঠিত হয়েছিল।

কোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ন্যূনতম স্নাতক বা সমমান ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে। মাধ্যমিক স্কুল সার্টিফিকেট/সমমান এবং তদূর্ধ্ব পর্যায়ে পরীক্ষাগুলোর কোনো পর্যায়েই তৃতীয় বিভাগ/শ্রেণি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
জনতা ব্যাংক নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তির আবেদনের বয়স কত?
আবেদনকারী প্রার্থীর বয়স ২১ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ বছর। তবে মুক্তিযোদ্ধার সন্তান ও শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধীদের ক্ষেত্রে ২১ থকে ৩২ বছর। বয়সের ক্ষেত্রে গত বছরের ২৫ মার্চ শেষ দিন গণনা করতে হবে।

ব্যাংকার্স সিলেকশন কমিটির সদস্যভুক্ত ১০টি ব্যাংক/আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানে অফিসার (সাধারণ) পদে ২ হাজার ৭৭৫ জন নেওয়া হবে।
সমন্বিতভাবে একক প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে ২০২১ সালভিত্তিক অফিসার (সাধারণ) পদে শূন্য পদগুলো পূরণ করা হবে। গতকাল বৃহস্পতিবার সন্ধ্যায় বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের নিয়োগসংক্রান্ত ওয়েবসাইটে জনবল নিয়োগের এ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়।
এর আগে গত সপ্তাহে সমন্বিত ১০টি ব্যাংক/আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানে সিনিয়র অফিসার (সাধারণ) পদে ৯২২ জন নিয়োগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়।
অফিসারের ২ হাজার ৭৭৫টি পদের মধ্যে সোনালী ব্যাংকে ১,০৫৪ জন, জনতা ব্যাংকে ৩০২ জন, অগ্রণী ব্যাংকে ১,০০০ জন, রূপালী ব্যাংকে ১৫ জন, বাংলাদেশে ডেভেলপমেন্ট ব্যাংকে ৩৫ জন, বাংলাদেশ কৃষি ব্যাংকে ২৭৫ জন, বাংলাদেশ হাউস বিল্ডিং ফাইন্যান্স করপোরেশনে ২৪ জন, প্রবাসীকল্যাণ ব্যাংকে ১৯ জন, কর্মসংস্থান ব্যাংকে ৪৫ জন এবং ইনভেস্টমেন্ট করপোরেশন অব বাংলাদেশে ৬ জন নেওয়া হবে।
সরকারি ব্যাংকে চাকুরী আবেদনের নিয়ম
যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি থাকলে আবেদন করা যাবে। আবেদনের শেষ সময় ৯ ফেব্রুয়ারি। এই পদে নিয়োগ পেলে বেতন স্কেল হবে ১৬,০০০-৩৮,৬৪০ টাকা।
আবেদনের সর্বোচ্চ বয়স ৩০ বছর। তবে বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধার সন্তান ও শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী আবেদনকারীর ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ বয়স ৩২ বছর। জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়ের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুসারে ২০২০ সালের ২৫ মার্চ তারিখে যারা সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমায় পৌঁছেছেন তাঁরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
