চতুর্থ শিক্ষক নিয়োগ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে সারা দেশের বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে (স্কুল, কলেজ, মাদ্রাসা, কারিগরি ও ব্যবসায় ব্যবস্থাপনা) ৬৮ হাজার ৩৯০ জন এমপিওভুক্ত শিক্ষক নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
এর মধ্যে এর মধ্যে স্কুল-কলেজে ৩১ হাজার ৫০৮ মাদ্রাসা ও কারিগরি প্রতিষ্ঠানে শূন্য পদের সংখ্যা ৩৬ হাজার ৮৮২ টি । আবেদন (ngi.teletalk.com.bd) করতে হবে অনলাইনে ২৯ ডিসেম্বর থেকে ২৯ জানুয়ারি ২০২৩ তারিখ রাত ১২টার মধ্যে।

এনটিআরসিএ সাম্প্রতিক বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানিয়েছে, দেশের বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের শিক্ষক নিয়োগ (স্কুল, কলেজ, মাদ্রাসা, কারিগরি ও ব্যবসায় ব্যবস্থাপনা) প্রবেশ পর্যায়ে (Entry Level) নিম্নবর্ণিত শূন্য পদ পূরণের লক্ষ্যে শিক্ষক হতে আগ্রহী নিবন্ধনধারী প্রার্থীদের নিকট থেকে নিম্নলিখিত শর্তে অনলাইন আবেদন (e-Application) আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।

শিক্ষক নিয়োগ 2023 প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা ও আবেদন আবশ্যিক ভাবে আবেদনকারীকে নিম্নরূপ যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
- সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়, পদ ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের ধরন অনুযায়ী নিবন্ধনধারী হতে হবে;
- এনটিআরসিএ কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত সম্মিলিত মেধা তালিকার অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে;
- মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগ এবং কারিগরি ও মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষা বিভাগ থেকে জারিকৃত সর্বশেষ জনবল কাঠামো ও এমপিও নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী কাম্য শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে;
- শিক্ষা যোগ্যতার বিবরণ দেখার জন্য এনটিআরসিএর ওয়েবসাইটের “চতুর্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি” নামক সেবা বক্সে Click করতে হবে) শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগ এবং কারিগরি ও মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষা বিভাগ থেকে জারিকৃত সর্বশেষ জনবল কাঠামো ও এমপিও নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রার্থীকে আবশ্যিকভাবে কেবলমাত্র তার শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন সনদে উল্লিখিত বিষয় সংশ্লিষ্ট পদ ও শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে আবেদন করতে হবে।
- আবেদনকারী মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদানের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করলে এবং তদানুযায়ী নিয়োগ সুপারিশ প্রাপ্ত হলে উক্ত সুপারিশ বাতিলসহ তার বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
- প্রার্থীর বয়স ২৫ মার্চ ২০২০ তারিখের হিসাবে ৩৫ বছর বা তার কম হতে হবে। প্রত্যেক আবেদনকারী নিবন্ধন সনদ অনুযায়ী একই পর্যায়ে (স্কুল/কলেজ) একটি মাত্র আবেদন করতে পারবেন। একজন প্রার্থী শূন্য পদের তালিকা থেকে তার আবেদনে সর্বোচ্চ ৪০ (চল্লিশ) টি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের Choice (পছন্দ) দিতে পারবেন। উক্ত পছন্দ প্রদানের পর কোন প্রার্থী যদি তার Choice বহির্ভূত দেশের যে কোন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাকুরি করতে ইচ্ছুক হন তবে তাকে e-Application ফরমে প্রদর্শিত Other Option নামক বক্সে Yes Click করতে হবে। যদি ইচ্ছুক না হন তবে No Click করতে হবে।
- প্রার্থীর আবেদনে বর্ণিত Choice এর প্রেক্ষিতে প্রার্থীর মেধাক্রম ও পছন্দক্রম অনুসারে ফলাফল Process করা হবে। যদি কোন প্রার্থী তার Choice অনুযায়ী কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানে নির্বাচিত না হন এবং তিনি যদি Other Option 4 Yes Click করেন সেক্ষেত্রে শূন্য পদ থাকা সাপেক্ষে প্রার্থীর মেধাক্রম বিবেচনা করে দেশের যে কোন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে নির্বাচনের নিমিত্ত ফলাফল Process করা হবে।
- প্রতিষ্ঠান choice প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে সর্তকতা অবলম্বন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো। যে সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানের সংশ্লিষ্ট শূন্যপদের বিপরীতে কাম্য সংখ্যক শিক্ষার্থী নেই যে সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানের এমপিও পরবর্তীতে /ভবিষ্যতে বাতিল হতে পারে বিধায় বিভিন্ন বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে প্রাপ্ত যে সকল এমপিওভুক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান শূন্য পদের বিপরীতে কাম্য সংখ্যক শিক্ষার্থী নেই সে সকল পদে পরবর্তীতে/ভবিষ্যতে নিয়োগ সুপারিশ প্রদান করা যাবে না।
- কোন প্রার্থীর যদি স্কুল ও কলেজ উভয় পর্যায়ের সনদ থাকে এবং তিনি যদি উভয় পর্যায়ের পদে আবেদন করেন তবে প্রথমে তাকে কলেজ পর্যায়ে বিবেচনা করা হবে। কলেজ পর্যায়ে নির্বাচিত না হলে স্কুল পর্যায়ে বিবেচনা করা হবে। কলেজ পর্যায়ে নির্বাচিত হলে স্কুল পর্যায়ে বিবেচনা করা হবে না। সকল আবেদনের জন্য আবেদনকারীকে নির্ধারিত এক হাজার টাকা ফি প্রদান করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত ফি প্রদান না করলে আবেদনটি বাতিল হবে।
NTRCA ৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি আবেদন ফি জমার তারিখ
e-Application পূরণ ও ফি জমা প্রদান শুরুর তারিখ ও সময় ২৯/১২/২০২২ তারিখ বেলা ১২টা। e-Application জমা প্রদানের শেষ তারিখ ও সময় ২৯ জানুয়ারি ২০২৩ তারিখ রাত ১২টা। উক্ত তারিখ রাত ১২টা থেকে শুধু Application ID প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীরা পরবর্তী ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অর্থাৎ ১ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৩ তারিখ রাত ১২টা পর্যন্ত SMS-এর মাধ্যমে ফি জমা দিতে পারবেন।

বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যায়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনটিআরসিএ) শিক্ষক নিয়োগের গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করেছে। স্কুল-কলেজ, মাদ্রাসা, ব্যাবস্থাপনা ব্যবস্থাপনা ও কারিগরি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ৬৮ হাজার ৩৯০ পদে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ করা হবে।
শিক্ষক নিয়োগে অনলাইন আবেদন ২৯ ডিসেম্বর বেলা ১২টার পর হতে শুরু হয়েছে। একই সাথে শিক্ষক নিয়োগের শূন্য পদের তালিকা এনটিআরসিএর কর্তৃপক্ষের দাপ্তরিক ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।
অনলাইনে নিয়োগ আবেদন করার আগে জেলা ও উপজেলা ভিত্তিক সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ের শূন্য পদ সম্পর্কে জেনে নিতে নির্দেশনা দিয়েছে এনটিআরসিএ কর্তৃপক্ষ।
একজন নিয়োগ প্রত্যাশী ১০০০/= টাকা ফি দিয়ে একটি আবেদনের সর্বোচ্চ ৪০টি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে শূন্য পদে আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি শূন্য পদের তালিকা দেখার নিয়ম
এনটিআরসিএ কর্তৃক ৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি ২০২২ এর শূন্য পদের তালিকা ২০২৩ দেখা যাবে নিচের পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করলে । আপনি খুব সহজেই ৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি শূন্য পদের তালিকা ২০২৩ দেখতে পারবেন এখান থেকে। আপনারা জানেন এমপিও বেসরকারি স্কুলে ৬৮ হাজার শিক্ষক নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ হয়েছে।
এরই ধারাবাহিকতায় মাধ্যমিক স্কুল ও কলেজের ৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তির শূন্য পদের তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। এখানে মাধ্যমিক স্কুল শূন্য পদের তালিকা ২০২৩ ও কলেজ শূন্য পদের তালিকা দেখা যাবে।

- এবার বিভাগ ও জেলা সিলেক্ট করুন
- এবার আপনি এই সিলেক্ট করা জেলার সকল শূন্য পদের তালিকা দেখতে পারবেন।
৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তির যে জেলার শূন্য পদের তালিকা দেখতে চান শুধু সেই জেলা সিলেক্ট করলেই আপনি এখান থেকে শূন্য পদের তালিকা দেখতে পারবেন।

- ৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তির শিক্ষক নিয়োগ আবেদন করতে নিচের ঠিকানাটি ব্রাউজ করুন।
- http://ngiappcycle04.teletalk.com.bd:8182/index.php
- উপরের ঠিকানাটি ব্রাউজ করলে নিচের ছবির মত ৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি-২০২২ লেখা এক পাতা ওপেন হবে।
- এখানে New applicant? go to application form লেখা লিংকে ক্লিক করে General Instruction নামক পাতাটি পড়ে নিচের Proceed নামের লিংকে ক্লিক করুন।
- নতুন পাতা ওপেন হলে রোল ও ব্যাচ নম্বর দিয়ে Submit বাটনে ক্লিক করে শিক্ষক নিয়োগের নতুন আবেদন শুরু করতে পারেন।
এনটিআরসিএ শিক্ষক নিয়োগ কি?
এনটিআরসিএ ৪র্থ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করছে বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ। ৬৮ হাজার ৩৯০ এমপিও পদে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ করা হবে। আবেদন গ্রহণ ২৯ ডিসেম্বর ২০২২ থেকে ২৯ জানুয়ারি ২০২৩ খ্রি. তারিখ পর্যন্ত। আবেদন ফি ১০০০/= টাকা। এমপিওভুক্ত স্কুল-কলেজ, মাদ্রাসা ও কারিগরি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে এসব শিক্ষক নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
এনটিআরসিএ শিক্ষক নিয়োগ যোগ্যতা কি?
ক. সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়, পদ ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের ধরন অনুযায়ী নিবন্ধনকারী হতে হবে।
খ. এনটিআরসিএ কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত সম্মিলিত মেধা তালিকার অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
গ. মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগ এবং কারিগরি ও মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষা বিভাগ থেকে জারিকৃত সর্বশেষ জনবল কাঠামো ও এমপিও
নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী কাম্য শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিয়োগে আবেদনকারীর বয়স কত?
